Latecomers are admitted only at the discretion of the workshop or course leader. You are not entitled to a refund if, because of your lateness, you miss all or a portion of the workshop or course. It is not the responsibility of Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC or individual teachers to provide additional teaching hours for students to ZVWorkshops@gmail.comIn order to get the most out of the workshops or courses, you should ensure that you arrive on time and attend each session in full. If you are unable to attend you must notify us by email at ?catch upa�� on education missed due to lateness or absenteeism for whatever reason.

1.1

If behavior or conduct is deemed unacceptable or inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the workshop or course. No refund of fees will be made.

1.2

Zuleika Viera is entitled to change the venue or make changes to the structure of the workshops or courses. In the unlikely event that changes are made, there will be notice made to all attendees as soon as possible.

2.1

You must pay a deposit for each workshop or course at the time you enroll.A� The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time you complete your enrolment. The deposit confirms your spot on the workshop or course. If you cancel your enrolment in a workshop or course more than 6 weeks before the course start date, we will refund your deposit. After this the deposit is non-refundable. If you are uncertain you will be able to attend the course, please let us know in advance.

2.2

Following acceptance of your booking, you must pay the full amount of the workshop or course fee by the first day of class. Failure to pay the remainder of the fee will result in your losing place in the workshops or courses and you will not receive a refund of any portion of your deposit.

2.3

If fees are not paid by due date, Zuleika Viera makeup & workshops LLC will be entitled to reallocate your place.

2.4

Paypal & Bank Fees a�� If you cancel your place on the workshop or course and thereA�areA�Paypal/bank feesA�to process the refund of yourA�bookingA�transaction,A�you will be responsible for those fees andA�this amountA�will be removed from the total of your refund.

2.5

Zuleika Viera makeup & workshops LLC may cancel a workshop or course at any time prior to commencement. In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshops or courses Zuleika Viera makeup & workshops LLC will notify you as soon as possible and any fees or deposits received from you will be refunded. Please note that Zuleika Viera makeup & workshops LLC will not refund travel or accommodation costs for cancelled courses.

3.1

Attendees are not permitted to use images taken at the workshops or courses or the images from the photoshoots for commercial purposes. Image usage is strictly portfolio use only (website and online). Social media usage is allowed but only to showcase your portfolio. Images must not be submitted to magazines, exhibitions or competitions without permission. Images must not be used to advertise photo shoots, workshops, courses or products.

3.2

You acknowledge that we have advised you that none of the participants, models or guests in the workshops or courses have given releases allowing commercial use of any images taken at the workshops or courses and that you may be subject to legal liability if you use any images commercially. You agree to indemnify and defend Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC, its members, officers and employees and all other participants in the workshops or courses from any claims, losses, costs or expenses (including attorneys fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to any claim that you have used an image taken at the workshops or courses in any manner that is not permitted in this Agreement.

3.3

If you are unsure about what is a permitted usage, please contact Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC for confirmation; provided that, you shall not be relieved of any obligations under paragraph 3.2, above.

3.4

Attendees must credit Zuleika Viera Workshops when posting images on social media.

3.5

Attendees must not film or record the workshops or courses at any time without permission.

4.1

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between makeup applications. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the student to the makeup artist or assistants prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Student(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Zuleika Viera, its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

4.2

Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising from incidents occurring at the workshops or courses venue.

4.3

Please be aware of where you keep your belongings at the workshops or courses and please remember to check your equipment at the end of the workshops or courses so you do not leave anything behind. We are not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

4.4

Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC is not liable for failure to perform the obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared.

DATA PROTECTION

5.1

Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC will not share any of your details with third parties apart from the details required by the board for the purpose of registration and certification.

AGE RESTRICTION

6.1

Zuleika Viera workshops and courses are a mature training environment andA�therefore we cannot accept students under the age of 18 years. Unfortunately,A�we cannot make exceptions to this policy

7.1

Students will need to practice upon one another.

7.2

Students will be given a digital copy of their work from the photo shoot day. It is then up to them to obtain their own prints.

7.3

Students will be responsible for models fee, for the models theya��ll use for the portfolio photoshoot.

7.4

Course notes, handouts, logos and training methods provided in the workshops or courses are not to be redistributed, replicated or published without permission.

7.5

Occasionally we will document courses, seminars and workshops for use in promotional material for Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC. By taking part in courses, seminars and workshops you are giving us authority to use your name, likeness, image, voice and participation on film, tape or otherwise for use in all future promotional and documentation purposes. That the editing of this will be at our discretion. Video is a great promotion tool for Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC, our students and our classes, but if you would be uncomfortable being included in any filming please let us know in writing and we will do our best to make sure that you are not included in any final videos. Due to the nature of filming you may be briefly visible in the background of a shot. Exemption from Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC filming will be taken from the date of your correspondence with us and your likeness will not be used in any further videos, but no previous videos will be removed or altered.

7.5

All terms and conditions are accepted by students upon booking any workshops or courses.

7.6

The Contract contains all the terms agreed between you and Zuleika Viera Makeup & Workshops LLC and supersedes any discussions or other information previously provided concerning the workshops or courses.
